"I would like to take a few minutes to let you know how much I appreciated the efforts made to keep the traffic flowing while making improvements to a section of I-5 near Jantzen Beach. I travel 25 miles each way to work. I travel across Portland city center twice a day. While I welcomed the news of the road improvement; I was really concerned about the amount of additional time it would require on my commute to and from work."
