At Hamilton Construction Company, safety is of the utmost concern and begins with commitment from the top down to put safety first. In our efforts to create a safe working environment, we have set a goal of Zero accidents and injuries for all the people on all of our projects. Managers, supervisors and employees are all trained to identify and correct unsafe conditions and unsafe work practices.
"Imminent, serious or willful" violations of the OR-OSHA or WISHA code, will not be tolerated.
Any such violation will invoke immediate and decisive action on the part of any Hamilton Supervisor to correct the hazard.
If an "imminent or serious" violation is recognized by a Hamilton Supervisor, all work in the immediate area will be stopped. This shall include all work activity by any and all trades working in the surrounding area until the violation and hazard has been eliminated and the individuals involved advised.
